About the Role

As a Web Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of pricing and product information across Softchoice's digital commerce platforms. You will collaborate with sales teams, vendors, distributors, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate customer-facing pricing and product data, helping deliver a seamless purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update pricing information across Softchoice's digital commerce platforms.
• Manage customer-specific pricing lists and standard pricing structures.
• Execute approved pricing changes accurately and within established service levels.
• Validate pricing accuracy and investigate pricing discrepancies.
• Coordinate pricing updates with vendors, distributors, and internal business partners.
• Ensure pricing data complies with company governance, policies, and operational standards.

• Maintain product information and online catalog data across customer-facing platforms.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and catalog information remain accurate and complete.
• Identify and resolve product and pricing data issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product catalog maintenance and data quality.

• Partner with the Sales team to support customer pricing requests and web purchasing initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for pricing and catalog-related inquiries.
• Utilize Salesforce and other internal systems to validate data and support day-to-day operational activities.
• Assist with process improvements that enhance pricing accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of B2B customer service or sales support experience.
• Experience in pricing administration, product data management, catalog maintenance, or sales operations.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar business systems.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, distributors, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital commerce or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs is a plus.
• Experience using enterprise reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage.

• Maintain highly accurate pricing and product information across digital platforms.
• Ensure timely completion of pricing updates while meeting operational service levels.
• Deliver excellent internal support to Sales and business stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve pricing or catalog discrepancies.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
