Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in Meta/Facebook Paid Ads, email marketing, social media management, and CRM/marketing automation. The ideal candidate will not only drive paid advertising campaigns but also manage the transition of our email marketing platform from Mailchimp to Go High Level (GHL), ensuring a smooth integration and optimized marketing workflows.
This role requires someone with both strategic and hands-on expertise—able to design campaigns, execute across multiple channels, and manage automation systems to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns to optimize ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including automation workflows, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Manage social media content and campaigns to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Lead the migration of Mailchimp campaigns and data into Go High Level, ensuring functionality and integration with broader marketing efforts.
- Optimize CRM and marketing automation processes for improved lead generation and customer nurturing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide insights and regular reporting on campaign and platform performance.
- Proven experience in Meta/Facebook Ads management with demonstrable campaign results.
- Strong background in email marketing, ideally with platform migration or automation experience.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
- Experience with Go High Level (preferred), or similar platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo, with the ability to adapt skills across platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
