Business Analyst

What you need to do:

• Participate in customer workshops, meetings, interviews, and discovery sessions to collect and clarify business requirements.
• Use active listening and strong analytical skills to identify the real customer need, including hidden expectations, gaps, and risks.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and simple solution designs.
• Challenge unclear or contradictory requirements and proactively propose better alternatives.
• Facilitate communication between the customer, development team, QA team, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure that all parties have the same understanding of scope, priorities, and expected results.
• Produce customer-friendly visual materials.
• Maintain requirement traceability and manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and customer trainings.
• Develop training programs, user guides, and related materials.
• Support customer adoption of the solution and ensure a smooth transition during go-live.
• Build strong long-term relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor.

• 2+ years of practical experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Delivery Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in IT.
• At least 1–2 years of practical experience in the telecom industry, preferably working with telecom operators, CSPs, or telecom software products.
• Strong understanding of Requirements Analysis and Requirements Lifecycle Management.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Practical experience preparing professional project documentation.
• Experience communicating with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to independently drive meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong active listening skills and ability to clearly understand customer expectations.
• Ability to simplify complex business problems and create practical, easy-to-understand solution designs.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different tasks, projects, customers, and business domains.
• Confidence to work in ambiguous situations and proactively identify the best possible solution.

• Knowledge of:
• Requirements elicitation techniques
• User Stories, Use cases design and Acceptance Criteria
• UML, BPMN, ERD
• SDLC , IDLC
• Change management and impact analysis
• Process improvement and risk assessment
• Experience with:
• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Jira, Redmine, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• AI tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) minimum; confident communication with international customers.
• Ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Willingness to travel internationally for customer projects for periods of 2–6 months, depending on project needs and mutual agreement.
