Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Staff to perform routine maintenance and repair work for our building/condominium facilities. The successful candidate will help ensure that all building systems, equipment, and common areas are well-maintained, safe, and operational.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of electrical, plumbing, lighting, air-conditioning, and other building systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair concerns.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, and mechanical issues.
• Monitor and maintain the proper operation of pumps, generators, elevators (basic monitoring), and other building equipment.
• Replace defective fixtures, bulbs, switches, faucets, and other building components.
• Assist in the maintenance of HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers during repair and maintenance activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment rooms, utility areas, and common facilities.
• Keep records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections.
• Report major repair requirements and equipment defects to the supervisor.

• At least a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational/Technical graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or a related field.
• NC II certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, RAC Servicing, or a related trade is an advantage.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in building, condominium, commercial, or facility maintenance.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform general repair work.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with occupational safety practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, or on-call when required.
