About the role

As a Server at ZC KINGS MANPOWER & JANITORIAL SERVICES COOPERATIVE', you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our customers. In this full-time position based in Quezon City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing attentive, friendly service to our guests.

1. Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure they are relayed to the kitchen promptly
3. Deliver orders to customers in a timely and organised manner
4. Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, ensuring tables are set and cleared efficiently
5. Respond to customer requests and address any concerns or complaints in a professional manner
6. Assist with side duties such as restocking and food preparation as needed
7. Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards

1. Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment
4. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
5. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and order-taking procedures
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
