COMPANY NURSE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing or equivalent and must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.

• Preferably with 6 months experience specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent

• Exhibits leadership skills.
• Implements health and safety programs, lecture, short seminar, and coaching.
• Computer literate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good planning and priority setting skills.
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Company Nurse is generally responsible in providing basic healthcare needs of the employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivers basic health services to employees without delay.
• Provides immediate emergency care inside company premises.
• Ensures that all injured or concerned employee is taken cared of from medical assistance to submission of documents related thereto.
• Maintains strict confidentiality regarding employee’s medical records.
• Demonstrates multifaceted medical and/or safety knowledge towards employee’s concern.
• Has the ability to understand and assess employee’s condition and other nursing needs.
• Delivers high quality of nursing assistance to injured or unwell employees inside company premises.
• Initiates the implementation of health and safety programs and health announces without delay.
• Initiates wellness programs among employees.

ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS:

• Exhibits independence with less supervision towards work/tasks given.
• Initiates full support in the implementation of Company Guidelines, Memorandum and other tasks given without delay.
• Works effectively under pressure.
• Submits report on time.
• Other duties that may arise from time to time.
