As we scale our team, we are seeking a Part-Time HR Specialist with a strong understanding of Salesforce roles to support our hiring efforts.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a part-time HR Specialist to interview and screen Salesforce candidates for various technical roles. The ideal candidate has a background in HR and recruitment, with working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to confidently assess applicant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews for Salesforce-related positions (Admins, Developers, Consultants, etc.)
  • Evaluate technical experience and soft skills of candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate records using Salesforce or ATS tools
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on candidate suitability

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce Admin certification or prior hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Experience recruiting in a consultancy or fast-paced tech environment
  • Familiarity with DocuSign and Slack
