Learning Solutions Specialist - Rizal Area

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education
• Licensed Professional Teacher
• Having teaching experience is preferred
• Willing to do field work, as this role requires school visitations

Job Description:

1. Assist Account Officer in promoting and selling the company’s products and services within an assigned geographic area, Rizal Area product range or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales target by delivering sales presentations to new and prospective clients on the company’s emerging

1. Collaborates and strategize with Account officer and Learning Solutions Regional Manager to understand customer requirements and come up with offering fit to customers’ needs.
2. Supports promotional events, conferences and seminars and escalates any potential roadblocks for product promotion and implementation.
3. Conducts needs analysis by reviewing and providing feedback on the product as input to the development of educational innovation solutions and improvement of implementation process to support learners and educators.
4. Creates/ Designs and facilitates training programs, workshops, and orientation that are aligned with the overall objectives of the partner school and implementation process.
5. Develops and maintains deep and meaningful connections with clients through meetings, school visits, focus group discussions and class observations
6. Provides customer feedback to anticipate future market needs to Learning Solutions Regional Manager.
7. Analyzes and processes data from the system and present the results of the analysis in a clear manner
8. Prepare any and all documentation relating to scope of work as part of the documentation of the product implementation process
9. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
