Summary of Job:
Responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department which includes (but not limited to) handling different facets of HR such as Employee Relations (Grievance Machinery and Disciplinary Actions; Employee Engagement and Company Initiated Activity Planning and Execution); Performance Management (Appraisal, Movement and other Personnel Actions); HMO and Zalamea Billing; Purchasing and Inventory handling (HR supplies/stocks only) and ISP and DOLE Compliance.
Working with other team members in Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits. Other tasks as maybe assigned.
Job Specification:
- Graduate 4-year Course (BS Psychology, Human Resource, Management or any related course).
- Computer literate (Excel, PPT, Word). With SAP background.
- Time Management Skills.
- Detail oriented specifically in filling documents.
- Good Communication skills both written and spoken.
- Willing to work 6 days a week in Taytay Rizal.
