About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Assistant to join the team at Everbright Innovation Inc. in our Quiapo, Manila City office. This full-time role will provide essential administrative and sales support to the company's sales operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining customer records, and processing orders
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Participating in sales meetings and contributing to the development of sales strategies
  • Maintaining and updating the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Performing other general office duties as required to support the sales department
What we're looking for
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing sales or administrative role, preferably in the Client & Sales Administration industry
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM software and database management is highly desirable
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
