Water Treatment Plant Operator

The primary responsibilities and accountabilities of the Sewage Treatment Plant Operators/Technicians for the plant are:
Maintains and monitors sewage treatment plant operations (SBR) to maintain compliance with the Philippine regulations
Operates plant equipment, including the air compressors, blowers, pumps, motors, electrical control,s and valves
Daily performs the following tasks:
o Gathers and records operational data
o Removal of solid wastes trapped by screens
o Skimming out floating debris in pumping stations and tanks
o Inspection of facilities to check for defects, etc.
o Performs minor troubleshooting if needed.
Education, Training, and Licenses Required:
- At least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Engineering or a related area.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience on sewage supply projects.
