About the role
The Operations Assistant is responsible for the clean, fast, and accurate fulfillment of customer orders — picking, packing, and coordinating with delivery riders so that every package leaves our office on time and in perfect condition.
This is a hands-on, high-accountability role. You are the person who makes sure our customer — the one who just ordered her MOOD Deodorant on Shopee — gets exactly what she ordered, beautifully packed, on the day we promised. Your work is what turns a first-time buyer into a loyal one.
There is a clear growth path. Strong performers in this role move into Operations Associate (broader scope, inventory ownership) and eventually Operations Supervisor within 12–18 months.
What you will own
Picking & Packing
Accurately pick customer orders against the daily order queue from Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and the ANGC website.
Pack orders to ANGC's presentation standard — clean, protected, branded, and correct every time.
Maintain a picking accuracy rate of 99%+ (tracked weekly).
Keep the picking and packing area organized, clean, and audit-ready at all times.
Rider Coordination
Coordinate daily pickups with delivery riders (Lalamove, Grab, 3PL partners, and in-house riders).
Ensure airway bills and manifests are printed, attached, and matched correctly to each parcel.
Handle same-day pickup windows and communicate promptly if any issue arises.
Inventory Hygiene (Support)
Support the Operations Manager in daily stock counts, replenishment prep, and physical inventory checks.
Flag low-stock items and damaged goods immediately.
Help keep the stockroom clean, organized, and labeled per ANGC's storage standards.
Daily Reporting
Submit a daily end-of-day fulfillment summary to the Operations Manager: orders picked, orders shipped, issues flagged.
Escalate any fulfillment blocker (out of stock, damaged packaging, rider no-show) within 30 minutes of discovery.
What we are looking for
Requirements
Senior High School graduate or higher. College background is a plus but not required.
6 months – 2 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, retail stockroom, or similar hands-on operational work.
Comfortable with basic digital tools: Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop seller centers, Google Sheets, printers, and label systems. We will train on our specifics.
Physically able to stand, lift, and move boxes for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail — you do not guess, you check.
Reliable, on-time, and communicative. You tell us before a problem becomes one.
Nice to have's:
Prior experience with ecommerce fulfillment (even as a side hustle).
Familiarity with Lalamove, Grab Express, and standard PH 3PL workflows.
