Job Summary

The Roving Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring proper product display, availability, and visibility across multiple assigned supermarket branches. The role requires regular movement between stores to maintain merchandising standards, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with store personnel to support sales performance.

1. Duty at assigned supermarket branches based on approved routing schedule
2. Ensure products are properly displayed following company planograms and merchandising guidelines
3. Monitor stock levels, check bad orders, and prevent out-of-stock situations
4. Replenish shelves, racks, and promotional displays as needed
5. Coordinate with store supervisors, receiving officers, and warehouse staff regarding stock concerns
6. Implement in-store promotions, price tags, and point-of-sale materials
7. Submit daily attendance, inventories, and merchandising updates
8. Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving items to the immediate supervisor
9. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned product areas
10. Perform other merchandising-related tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications/Requirements

1. At least High School Graduate
2. Experience as a merchandiser is an advantage
3. Willing to handle multiple store assignments (roving)
4. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
5. With good communication and coordination skills
6. Honest, reliable, and self-motivated
7. Willing to comply with company policies and store rules
8. No visible tattoos
