Merchandise Supervisor/ Industrial Engineer- Mandaue City

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and aligned with the company’s visual and merchandising standards. The role supervises merchandisers, coordinates inventory movements, and supports sales through effective product presentation.

• Oversee daily merchandising activities and ensure displays follow company standards.
• Plan and execute product layouts, promotional displays, and seasonal setups.
• Monitor stock levels, identify fast-moving and slow-moving items, and coordinate replenishment.
• Conduct regular store checks to ensure product visibility, cleanliness, and pricing accuracy.
• Lead, train, and supervise merchandisers on display techniques and product handling.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams for stock flow and display requirements.
• Assist in inventory counts and help control shrinkage and product damages.
• Ensure all merchandising activities comply with safety rules and company policies.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on merchandising activities and stock concerns.
• Support store sales targets by ensuring attractive and strategic product placement.
