Job Description:
- Prepare communications such as memoranda, letters minutes of meetings.
- Organize executive agenda and meetings and assist in planning appointmnents.
- Coordinate with Cityhall and other regulatory agencies for the various initiatives of the hosppital.
- Prepare technical presentations.
- Prepare statutory and regulatory reports.
- Screen inquiries and prepare timely responses.
- Performs all related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any 4 year course preferably with experience in executive support role is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
- Impressive organizational skills and Detail-oriented
