JOIN OUR TEAM AS A PRODUCTIVITY ENGINEER!

This role is responsible for analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing strategies to optimize productivity across operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process improvement, data analysis, and performance management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design, develop, and implement productivity improvement initiatives using lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other process optimization tools.
• Collect, interpret, and report productivity metrics across departments and production lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (accounting, operations, HR, IT, etc.) to align productivity goals with organizational objectives.
• Utilize data-driven techniques to monitor the impact of changes and continuously improve efficiency.
• Develop training materials and lead sessions to educate teams on new systems, processes, or tools.
• Recommend tools, technologies, and automation solutions to enhance workflow.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes and present findings to top management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during process modifications.
• Maintain documentation of processes, improvements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a productivity, process improvement, or industrial engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar).
• Experience with time and motion studies and capacity planning.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
