Who We Are

Staff Domain is partnering with a well-established civil engineering and development consultancy specializing in land development, infrastructure, and civil works projects. The organization supports projects from concept through to construction, delivering high-quality design documentation and technical expertise across a range of civil engineering disciplines.

• Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, plans, and documentation using CAD software
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, roadworks, and utility designs
• Revise drawings based on engineering markups, design updates, and client feedback
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and company drafting practices
• Collaborate with civil engineers, surveyors, planners, and project managers to meet project requirements
• Maintain drawing registers, file management systems, and document control processes
• Assist in the preparation of concept, approval, tender, and construction documentation
• Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and consistency prior to submission
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Civil Drafter, CAD Technician, or similar role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or comparable drafting/design software
• Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, drafting standards, and documentation practices
• Experience in land development, subdivisions, roads, drainage, and utilities documentation
• Ability to interpret engineering sketches, calculations, and design notes
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy in drafting outputs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within project teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
