About the role
We are seeking a talented Workforce Scheduler to join our dynamic team at Teleperformance in Davao. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and effective scheduling of our call centre agents, optimising workforce utilisation and driving exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing effective workforce schedules to meet fluctuating call volumes and service level agreements
- Analysing historical data and forecasting to accurately predict staffing requirements
- Collaborating with team leaders and managers to understand resourcing needs and create tailored schedules
- Monitoring and adjusting schedules in real-time to respond to changing business demands
- Identifying opportunities to improve scheduling processes and staff utilisation
- Providing support and training to team members on workforce management tools and best practices
- Generating detailed reports on scheduling, service levels and productivity
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service workforce scheduling role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to liaise effectively with team leaders and managers
- Technical proficiency with workforce management systems and call centre software
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to driving continuous improvement
