Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and staff scheduling
- Lead, train, and motivate store employees to achieve sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports
- Support the Store Manager in achieving business goals
- Bachelor’s degree or at least senior high school graduate
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in retail or customer service, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
