Job description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive / Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and executive support. This role requires someone who can effectively manage schedules, communications, and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Monitor and organize email inboxes, ensuring urgent matters are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate daily communications and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Handle WhatsApp and other business communication platforms in a professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and general executive support.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
  • Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience managing executive email inboxes, calendars, and daily communications.
  • Strong ability to identify and prioritize urgent tasks.
  • Experience scheduling meetings and coordinating executive calendars.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp and other business communication platforms.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
