DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Immediate Head in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prioritize and manage concerns directed to the Supervisor through MS Teams, Triage email, or Strategy X.
  • Check the daily Task Assignment
  • Organize the supervisor's meetings and appointments.
  • Pull out or work on reports assigned
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication to clients and internal departments on behalf of the Supervisor

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB POSITION: Executive Assistant (IT Department)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • With less than one (1) year of experience in a related field.
  • Previous Executive Assistant experience of a CEO, Director, or Department Head
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal skills in building relationships with company staff, board members, external partners, and donors
  • Critical thinker and keen on details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
