MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
About the role
Grandspan Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Maintenance Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our electrical systems and equipment across our facilities in Binangonan Rizal.This full-time position is crucial in maintaining the overall productivity and safety of our operations.
What you'll be doing- Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, transformers, and other electrical equipment
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues, and implementing corrective actions to restore normal operation
- Coordinating and overseeing the work of electrical technicians and contractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols and optimal performance
- Analyzing electrical data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to enhance system reliability and energy efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Providing technical support and training to plant personnel on electrical system operations and maintenance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve plant productivity and reliability
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Electrical Engineer or in a similar role within the Structural Steel Fabrication industry
- Proficient in electrical system design, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively
