Facilities Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure reliable operation of electrical, MEPFS, STP, and building systems
Monitor and resolve technical issues and FMS tickets in a timely manner
Conduct regular system inspections, preventive maintenance checks, and performance validation
Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams for ongoing works and improvements
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (DOE, DENR, LLDA, LGU) and safety standards
Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency and sustainability initiatives
Prepare and submit technical reports, audits, and compliance documentation
Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Support facility upgrades, maintenance planning, and emergency preparedness activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in facilities, building operations, or maintenance engineering
Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LVSG, ATS, generators) and MEPFS operations
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, compliance, and incident troubleshooting
Familiar with energy monitoring, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements
Skilled in contractor/vendor coordination and technical reporting
Detail-oriented, organized, and with strong problem-solving and coordination skills
With training in Basic Occupational Safety & Health (PCO and Energy Management training are an advantage)
