As a Building Maintenance Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of the company’s facilities. This includes handling general repairs and maintenance work, with a strong focus on electrical systems, to support smooth daily operations.
?️ Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs (civil, plumbing, and minor carpentry)
- Conduct electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic wiring works
- Inspect and maintain lighting systems, panels, and electrical fixtures
- Monitor and ensure proper operation of facility equipment and utilities
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and facilities
- Assist in installation and setup of equipment and systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Prepare basic maintenance reports and documentation
✅ Qualifications:
- At least vocational graduate or with relevant technical training
- Preferably with experience in building maintenance or related field
- With knowledge in electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting
- TESDA certification (Electrical or related) is an advantage
- Skilled in basic plumbing, carpentry, and repair works
- Responsible, hardworking, and can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on-site in Guiguinto, Bulacan
