We are urgently hiring an Graphic Designer/Photographer to join our growing team!
Qualifications:
- Plan, conceptualize, and execute photoshoots for marketing, corporate, and promotional use
- Direct models, talents, and subjects by providing clear instructions on poses, expressions, and movement
- Guide the overall content flow, including shot composition, styling, and visual storytelling
- Capture high-quality photographs with proper lighting, angles, and composition
- Edit, retouch, and enhance photos to meet branding and quality standards
- Design visual materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, social media content, and digital assets
- Ensure all creative outputs follow company brand guidelines and Japanese design principles
- Collaborate with management and teams to align creative direction with business objectives
- Prepare layouts for print and digital production
- Organize and manage creative assets and files systematically
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines with precision and efficiency
- Can start ASAP
