Graphic Designer (Cebu On-Site)

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help craft compelling visuals that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You'll work across multiple game titles, creating assets for campaigns, social media, storefronts, and live events - bringing each game's unique identity to life while delivering high-performing creative.

• Design marketing assets across digital channels, such as paid ads (Meta, Tiktok, YouTube), social media content, and storefront visuals (e.g., Steam capsules, banners).
• Create key art, promotional graphics, and seasonal campaign visuals.
• Develop A/B test variants to improve creative performance.
• Maintain and evolve visual consistency across multiple game brands.
• Adapt existing assets for different formats, regions, and platforms.
• Stay on top of creative trends in gaming and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with motion design (After Effects).

• 2-5+ years of graphic design experience (gaming or entertainment preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing creatives, digital ads, key art or campaign visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to design for performance marketing (not just aesthetics).
• Understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in gaming (MMO, RPG, or live-service titles).
• Experience creating assets for Tiktok or short-form video overlays, and app stores or PC storefronts.
