Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, and customer support. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, strong bookkeeping knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

• Reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Create and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Provide administrative support related to bookkeeping as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) (required).
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and invoicing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
