Are you highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented? We’re looking for an Office Admin who will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

This role plays a vital part in supporting different departments by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, managing supplies, and ensuring overall office efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure the workspace is organized, functional, and well-maintained
  • Handle office supplies inventory and coordinate purchasing and replenishment
  • Monitor and manage office equipment, repairs, and maintenance schedules
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
  • Assist in document preparation, routing, and internal documentation processes
  • Coordinate with building administration regarding office-related concerns
  • Support HR and Finance in administrative requirements (e.g., document collection, routing of forms, filing)
  • Monitor office utilities and recurring service subscriptions
  • Receive, release, and log incoming and outgoing documents and deliveries
  • Assist in coordinating internal meetings, including room setup and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with internal administrative processes and documentation standards
  • Support management in ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Office Management, or any related course
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative or office support roles is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
