We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to handle daily administrative operations, maintain organized records and documentation, manage correspondence and scheduling, and support overall office efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Computer literate with basic office software knowledge.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and company activities.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Assist in preparing reports and administrative documents.
- Support other departments with clerical and administrative needs.
- Ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
