About the role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join their team in TRAVEL TIME FESTIVAL MALL in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the retail store.

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering customer inquiries and addressing any concerns
• Maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
• Handling cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately
• Ensuring the store is well-organised and visually appealing
• Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering a positive customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in the consumer products industry
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling
