Is currently looking for:

TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE (FOR BACOLOD PLANT)

JOB FUNCTION:

Prime sales movers of the company whose function are geared towards profitability and total customer service and total ownership satisfaction of every client.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Leads the sales and marketing strategy and implementation.
2. Work closely with category management, marketing and supply chain.
3. Develops and executes a collaborative business plan with customers.
4. Manages promotional activities and trade spending.
5. Responds to a variety of account issues of moderate to high complexity.
6. Monitors proper retail implementation and by working with the account buyer, taking actions as needed to surface and remedy issues
7. Assist in development and leads the execution of customer programs that increase awareness, consumption and retention

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in business, marketing or related courses
• Three years experience as Modern,General trade ,Industrial or National key account representative
• Account Management, Communication
• Consultative Selling Process
• Product and Technical Knowledge
• Sales Administration and Strategic Sales Planning
• Time and Territory Management
