About the role
Join the dynamic team at NYGC Services, Inc. as an Oracle Utilities Tester. In this full-time position based in Manila City Metro Manila, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mission-critical Oracle-powered utility systems.Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering best-in-class services to our clients.
What you'll be doing- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Oracle Utilities applications and integrations
- Identify, document, and track software defects throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, analyse, and resolve complex issues
- Automate repetitive test cases to improve efficiency and coverage
- Continuously research and implement best practices in software testing
- Provide accurate status updates and detailed reports to project stakeholders
- Minimum 3 years' experience in software testing, with a focus on Oracle Utilities platforms
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test planning, and defect management
- Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive test cases and test reports
- Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g. Selenium, Python)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
