Senior QA Selenium Tester

Summary

We are seeking a QA Automation Tester with strong experience in Selenium automation to ensure the quality and reliability of web-based applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Execute automated and manual test cases for web and enterprise applications.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing support.
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks and reusable testing components.
• Analyze requirements and technical specifications to create effective test scenarios.
• Log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure software quality.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile activities.
• Generate test execution reports and provide testing status updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and automation coverage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing and automation testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• With experience in leading a QA team.
• Experience in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
• Knowledge of automation testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit.
• Familiarity with API testing using Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira or ALM.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing concepts.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
