Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree holder
Minimum of 2 years of Quality Analyst experience supporting UK, US, or AU Banking Operations in a BPO or shared services environment
2 to 4 years of contact center experience in the banking or financial services industry
Experience supporting UK, US, or AU banking accounts is highly preferred
Strong quality auditing, coaching, and performance evaluation skills
Excellent communication and analytical skills
