Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Minimum of 2 years of Quality Analyst experience supporting UK, US, or AU Banking Operations in a BPO or shared services environment
- 2 to 4 years of contact center experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Experience supporting UK, US, or AU banking accounts is highly preferred
- Strong quality auditing, coaching, and performance evaluation skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
