Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures company compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal policies
- Prepares, monitors, and submits required reports to DOLE and other agencies
- Conducts compliance checks and assists in internal audits
- Maintains records of permits, licenses, and statutory requirements
- Coordinates with departments to address compliance issues
- Reports non-compliance and recommends corrective actions
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Legal Management, Business Administration, HR, or related course
- With at least 1 year experience in compliance or regulatory work
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and government requirements
- Detail-oriented with good documentation skills
