Operations Supervisor

The BOSS System is looking for a results-driven Operations Supervisor to join our team in Angeles City. In this role, you will lead our homecare team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining the high standard of service our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the homecare team to meet operational targets.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day activities, including call handling and staff scheduling.
• Crisis Management: Respond promptly to urgent client and caregiver needs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Escalation Handling: Resolve complex issues and escalations while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an Operations Supervisor role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar productivity platforms.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of service operations workflows and process improvement methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to Work: Must be amenable to a Shifting Schedule and working On-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
