- Answering telephone, email, and social media inquiries and directing them to other employees when appropriate.
- Follows up on work orders and client requests to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues
- Offer assistance to accounting department to provide manage invoices, payments, and receipts
- Enter work orders as requested by customer/client
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues that arise during duty.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient administration.
- Maintain accurate records of all documents
- Perform other duties as requested by management
