We are looking for a Financial Travel Account Representative to assist clients with both their travel plans and financial needs. In this role, you’ll coordinate travel arrangements, provide financial support, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial and travel advice, helping clients with budgeting, bookings, and itinerary planning.
Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate financial records and track transactions related to travel bookings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
Experience in finance, travel, or customer service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
