Job Description:
  • Right hand of the Executive chef to set standards and maintain them to the SWISSOTEL Clark standards.
  • Optimize the use of materials, manpower, thereby maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Execute training of kitchen team members and set good examples to enhance motivation of colleagues and reach mission.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:
  • Diploma/Certification from a reputable Culinary school
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
