Job Description:

Right hand of the Executive chef to set standards and maintain them to the SWISSOTEL Clark standards.
Optimize the use of materials, manpower, thereby maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction.
Execute training of kitchen team members and set good examples to enhance motivation of colleagues and reach mission.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:

Diploma/Certification from a reputable Culinary school
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
