Sales Support & Logistics Assistant

1. Conduct tele-sales activities, including making calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
2. Prepare and ensure the accuracy of sales quotations, proposals, and related documents.
3. Accurately encode and monitor sales orders and invoices in QuickBooks, ensuring all entries are complete and correct.
4. Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding order status, delivery schedules, and after-sales concerns.
5. Assist in providing client requirements and business-related documents as needed.
6. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
7. To prepare the following report on a regular basis:
8. Weekly Submission of receipts to Accounting Department
9. To do other jobs that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.

1. Prepare and process logistics documents such as Delivery Receipts (DR), Sales Invoices (SI), and other necessary documents.
2. Coordinate with warehousing for inventory stocks.
3. Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure timely dispatch of goods and maintenance of vehicles.
4. Ensure systematic filing and safekeeping of all logistics-related records and documents.
5. To prepare the following report on a regular basis:

Every 2nd Friday of the Month

1. To do other jobs that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
