What You’ll Do- Proactively engage with new, existing, and lapsed clients through outbound calls and follow-ups to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity, including cold calling, client re-engagement, and pipeline nurturing to increase shifts and client utilisation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by developing contact networks within accounts, understanding workforce needs, and ensuring ongoing engagement.
- Coordinate with internal Recruitment and Allocations teams to support shift placements and client requirements, helping deliver seamless workforce solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRM, including tracking calls, follow-ups, meetings, contracts, and sales activities.
- Proven outbound B2B sales experience with confidence in cold calling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, proactive, and thrives in a target-driven environment
- Highly organised with strong follow-up and CRM discipline
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, or healthcare is a plus!
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
