Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea Philippines is expanding and we’re looking for Baristas who are passionate, energetic individuals who love tea, and delivering excellent customer service.
Open Role:
Barista - SM Sucat- Prepare tea-based beverages and other menu items following standard recipes and procedures.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued
- Serve all drinks with friendliness, attention to detail, and personalized care.
- Greet customers, present the menu, and make thoughtful product recommendations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure proper sanitation and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing tasks and inventory checks.
- Assist in restocking, organizing supplies, and ensuring all tools are in place for service.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or any related field.
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (barista, food service, or customer-facing environment)
- Must have strong barista skills and excellent customer service abilities.
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule and be assigned to multiple store locations as needed.
- Energetic, reliable, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
