Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service and handle customer inquiries.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, workstations, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Support daily café operations and work collaboratively with the team.
- High school graduate or equivalent; college level is an advantage.
- Experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
