Tito Solutions is looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and day-to-day marketing operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and operational work. In addition to supporting digital marketing initiatives, the Digital Marketing Assistant will help create content alongside the Tito Solutions team, assisting in content shoots, brainstorming creative ideas, and producing engaging content that strengthens our brand presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, communications, or a similar role is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable appearing in or assisting with content creation and marketing shoots
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Help coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, and timelines
• Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities

• Assist in planning, creating, and organizing content for Tito Solutions' marketing initiatives
• Participate in content shoots, behind-the-scenes production, and creative brainstorming sessions
• Help capture photo and video content for social media and marketing campaigns
• Assist in preparing content for social media, email, and other digital platforms

• Support the management of social media content calendars and publishing schedules
• Monitor audience engagement and escalate inquiries when necessary
• Help organize marketing assets and maintain content libraries

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of marketing deliverables
• Organize marketing files, presentations, and campaign assets
• Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing projects

• Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing marketing reports
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and content ideas
• Support continuous improvement of marketing initiatives through research and insights
