We are looking for Customer Service Specialists to join our dynamic team at Mall of Asia (MOA), Pasay City. If you have a passion for service excellence, financial expertise, and career growth, this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications: ✔ Senior High School Graduate OR Completed at least 2 years in college

✔ With 1-year international voice BPO experience in Financial/Banking

OR – 2 years BPO experience in general customer service

✔ Strong communication and analytical/problem-solving skills

✔ Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules

✔ Must be available to work night shifts exclusively

What We Offer:

Basic Salary: ₱19,000 (SHS Grad), ₱21,000 (Completed 2 Years in College) - ₱23,000.00 (College Graduate)
Complexity Allowance: ₱3,000.00
Standard Allowance: ₱2,675.00
Salary Package: ₱24,675 – ₱28,675 monthly
