RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN

1. Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. Perform inspections and testing in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
3. Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of test results.
4. Monitor the cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas in the QC Laboratory.
5. Assist in investigations and corrective actions related to product deviations or non-conformances.
6. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of samples and finished products.
7. Participate in internal audits and provide required reports or data as needed.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in laboratory or product development is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
