Interior Designer

The Interior Designer is responsible for creating functional, aesthetically compelling, and technically accurate interior design solutions for residential, commercial, and fit-out projects. This role involves concept development, space planning, technical drafting, 3D visualization, and coordination with project teams to ensure designs are executed according to company standards, client requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions based on client requirements
• Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings using AutoCAD
• Produce 3D models and design presentations using SketchUp
• Create construction details, material specifications, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Conduct site visits, measurements, inspections, and project coordination
• Ensure all drawings and designs are accurate, detail-oriented, and aligned with project standards
• Assist in material selection, sourcing, and design revisions
• Monitor project progress to ensure design intent is properly executed
