Facilities Admin Officer

We are looking for a Facilities Admin Officer to lead and support our Facilities Admin team. This role ensures smooth operations across all facilities, compliance with regulations, and timely completion of key deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide Facilities Admin Officers in sourcing, lease management, and compliance
- Ensure all facilities meet government requirements and company standards
- Monitor facility operations, maintenance, and asset inventory
- Review reports, expenses, and negotiations before final approval
- Provide training and support to team members
- Track team performance and ensure KPIs are met
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure accuracy of reports and operations
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Facilities Admin Head
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely business registration and permits for all facilities
- Oversee facility sourcing and setup aligned with company standards
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports for budgeting and operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (any 4-year course)
- 3–4 years experience in Admin, Facilities, or Procurement
- Knowledge of local government regulations (logistics industry is a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
