Import & Export / PEZA Compliance Staff (IMPEX Operations)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage importation, exportation, and PEZA compliance operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant movement of goods and materials needed for production, including coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and government agencies.

Job Responsibilities:

Import & Export Operations
  • Manage end-to-end import and export processes to ensure timely and compliant shipment of goods
  • Process import/export documentation and coordinate shipment requirements
  • Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers
  • Ensure all shipping documents are complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics issues promptly
  • Support inter-department coordination for smooth logistics operations
  • Verify supplier billing and assist in payment processing when needed
PEZA & Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with PEZA and BOC regulations and requirements
  • Process and maintain PEZA-related documents, permits, and licenses
  • Monitor and update import/export records and compliance files
  • Coordinate with internal teams for regulatory requirements and renewals
  • Ensure accurate daily tracking of import and inventory-related records
Other Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate shipping and logistics records
  • Support inventory monitoring related to imported materials
  • Assist in special projects and operational improvements
  • Perform additional tasks to support IMPEX and operations team

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Experience in PEZA or regulatory compliance is highly preferred
  • Background in manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation and freight coordination
  • Experience handling logistics issues and shipment troubleshooting
