Equipment Technician - Frontline

Job Description:

Executes maintenance activities and machine set-up/conversion on the assigned equipment and to always keep such manufacturing equipment available for production use.
Ensures that the equipment performance and reliability are maintained at its optimum level all times.
Recommends equipment performance improvements through equipment or process modifications and upgrades. Prepares and monitors the Repair and Maintenance cost performance of assigned equipment and recommends appropriate control measures to achieve desired results.
Responsible for the equipment spares and logistics tracking and monitoring of his assigned equipment/module.

Qualification:

Graduate of a two-year technical course or a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or other related fields.
Has at least 2 years of experience as a Technician in a semiconductor company. With technical know-how and expertise in wire bond machines such as KNS, ASM, etc. Familiar with copper and gold bonding.
With basic knowledge of SPC chart interpretation and data analysis
Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
